Two pilots are shocked when they see two giant monsters waging war before falling into the ocean. The two pilots race back to Japan to inform the government what they saw. Soon the world comes to the realization, that a monster closely related to the original Godzilla is on the loose as well as a new monster named Angilas. Soon, the two monsters arrive in Osaka where they resume their battle.

    My Godzilla odyssey continued with the second film. Slightly more light hearted than the first, we see Godzilla rise again to take on Anguirus

    Whilst Godzilla fights the indomitable foe, the Japanese authorities seem intent on taking down the behemoth once and for all. Suffice to say, they're misguided...

    With a modicum more emotion in this one, we get a love story and bravado mixed in with the story of the creature from the depths. It's still rather stoic, however, and stands alongside the original film.
