I don't know how I did it: sit through this whole movie. To be fair, I went to the bathroom twice and checked my facebook page. Which didn't make it any easier to watch it.
Although the thematic is interesting, it could be better developed (or even developed, I mean...), but it isn't. It's just another typical SJP movie. That being said, there's not much left.

Okay so it’s clear SJP simply cannot play anyone else but Carrie
Packed with her irritating SJP frown and random rehashes of other comedies e.g. when harry met sally
Awful film with an awful title to match!
One good thing is I think this may be her first film since the removal of the mole!! -

For her birthday, I told my wife I would watch anything she wanted, and this is what she picked. It's useful to know just how bad bad movies can be. Films like this rarely enter my life, which means I'm usually blissfully unaware of how repugnant they are. I thought Tyler Perry was king of offensively misunderstanding feminism, but this is way worse. The saddest part was Jane Curtain, someone I always think of as a really strong example of…

“ Insulting to every woman who feels torn between career and family, grossly disrespectful to every person struggling to keep body and soul together without a selfless executive assistant, full-time nanny, six-figure salary or generous second income from architect husband … so completely misreads the zeitgeist that it could easily have been a Sex and the City sequel.”

It's not exactly a good movie I know. I just wanted to see the Sex and the City star do something else. It was boring. I didn't care about anyone or anything in it. I'd probably watch again but I'd have to be REALLY bored to do it. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Another rom-com I had to watch as a true addict :) Well, why 3.5 and not 1 star since this film doesn't have a uber-cool plot and meaning? Firstly, I've enjoyed in this film (beside my PMS and uncontrolling whining), secondly, interesting aspect of a woman who's working like an animal and still she's making an effort to raise her kids, love her husband and have a social life. For me, it's an ideal film for watching it after midnight with a tons of chocolate :)
