Imagine Me & You
There goes the bride.
During her wedding ceremony, Rachel notices Luce in the audience and feels instantly drawn to her. The two women become close friends, and when Rachel learns that Luce is a lesbian, she realizes that despite her happy marriage to Heck, she is falling for Luce. As she questions her sexual orientation, Rachel must decide between her stable relationship with Heck and her exhilarating new romance with Luce.
GAYS KEEP MAKING ME CRY
I hate how cute and tacky this movie is!! If it were about str8s i probably wouldve hated it but i love it
Rachel: What does the lily mean?
Luce: The lily means...
Luce: The lily means, "I dare you to love me".
I am somewhat a different audience when it comes to a love story. I had watched this movie a few years back and remembered it as a sweet movie.
Well I haven't changed my opinion about it. It is a sweet movie.
This movie is based on the concept of 'Love at First Sight'...
Luce: I think you know immediately. As soon as your eyes... Then everything that happens from then on just proves that you have been right in that first moment. When you suddenly realize that you were incomplete and now you are whole...
Rachel is getting…
This is my happiest film and I want a million more like it. :')
gay space feminist challenge film #2
task #6: "a movie where (at least) one of the main characters is a gay woman"
sapphic florist lena headey changed my life
this film is so lovely and cheesy and sad, and goddammit it's nice to see a happy flowery romcom for wlw for once!! also every character in this film was in some way loveable, no one is villainised and it's just so soft and uplifting and british
also: the dance mat date. amazing
Where has this movie been all my life?! Seriously, this was one of the best movies I've seen so far this year (and I've seen a lot) and I loved every second of it. Right now I'd say it's probably in my top 5, maybe even top 3 romantic comedies of all time. I laughed, I cried and I'm feeling so happy right now. It's just so fucking cute, I don't even know what to say. I just want more romantic comedies about lesbians/bisexuals getting happy endings. Did I mention how cute this movie was?! Also tbh I love Matthew Goode but I'd leave him for Lena Headey too. I mean just the scene where Rachel and Luce see each…
wanted to watch this as a child, didn't happen. watched this as an adult, totally worth the wait.
I don't believe in love at first sight, but cute and gay enough to be overlooked. This movie's great because 1.) it's a lesbian movie that isn't depressing as fuck (or fetishized), 2.) everyone gets a happy ending and the cheating plot that could have gone horribly south is handled real well.
I love my dad Anthony Head. Ceresi Lannister's there too.
THE LILY MEANS I DARE YOU TO LOVE ME
This movie has 5 stars in my heart ok
Cura pra TPM.
This movie is ...,, a cute girl! As good as rom coms can get
i'm smiling really wide because lesbian & bi women got their happy ending!!! cheesy sure, but it also makes me happy because the world needs more cheesy happy gay movies
It's exactly what you think it is: if Richard Curtis directed a lesbian rom-com. And as fluffy, contrived and shamelessly manipulative & saccharine it all was, I still loved it. And really if you don't at least enjoy a movie where Cersei Lannister plays a hip lesbian you are one boring loser who needs to re-assess their life interests.
boy i haven't watched this in years and it was!! fucking terrible!! and actually made me rly angry!! but then i cried at the end didn't bc i'm a stupid weak bitch

The Mako Mori test is passed if the movie has a) at least one female character b) who gets her…
Not "gay with exceptions". Not "curious". Not doing it for the sake of a plot twist or a neat ending.…
