Movies about/starring women. I originally started this list just as a reference for myself, but hopefully others will find it…
Imagine Me & You
There goes the bride.
During her wedding ceremony, Rachel notices Luce in the audience and feels instantly drawn to her. The two women become close friends, and when Rachel learns that Luce is a lesbian, she realizes that despite her happy marriage to Heck, she is falling for Luce. As she questions her sexual orientation, Rachel must decide between her stable relationship with Heck and her exhilarating new romance with Luce.
A predictable, but charming, romantic comedy with funny supporting characters - especially Anthony Head and Darren Boyd.
It's nothing out of the ordinary, but still a fun watch.
The chemistry between Piper Perabo and Lena Heady is very good.
Man , this chick . Lena Headey .
I have a crush on her ever since I watched those first episodes of "Game of thrones" .
She kills her Cercie Lannister there and based on her interviews she's a cool woman to hang out with ... but wow I found her oddly attractive . Is it her cool bitchy sarcasms or that special smirk ? She got that "thing" going on that turns me on whenever I see her . What a babe .
She did this " Imagine Me & You " before she becomes bigger . She's the only reason I sat through this little LGBT chick flick .
She was so pleasant for me that I didn't really…
Meaningful in a random way movie, tells us that we can fall in love in 3 seconds, if only we meet that right person, we'd go gay for them:')
There's three scenes/lines/moments I really wish writer-director Ol Parker had reworked away from their cliched/flawed/annoying ways, but at the end of the day Imagine Me & You always manage to put a silly comfortable grin on my face ever time around. Last time.
Lena Headey and Piper Perabo are great in the leads, and also have great chemistry. There's for instance a dance scene in this movie that every time feels like it's about to adore me to death--yeah, I know, I'm a sucker for that stuff...
Although I do watch almost everything, there's two themes that probably suffers a lot more than any any others from my views; religion and adultery. Strangely enough this movie manage to not make me…
god herself directly touched this
This is a cute romance/comedy about a newlywed who soon discovers Mr. Right wasn't her true love after all. It's adorable, and she doesn't /really/ understand it at first -- and neither does he, honestly.
Enjoyable and cute, though a bit cheesy at times.
I love making my gay heart happy
After watching this film, I realized that Lena Headey is my imaginary girlfriend. I want her to do the flowers for my wedding.
Overall: Lena Headey/5
if nora efron was a lesbian she would make that movie.
Am I gay? I'm ecstatic!
I decided to watch this film in a total random way, but it really got me thinking. It's a really cute, simple film, but what i liked the most was this kind of unpredictable thing about the characters - in other films, if he found out she was cheating on him, he'd be really angry, but in this case, he just accepts it ("if you love me, let me go" thing, which is NEVER used but ALWAYS said in romantic films and TV shows. Highly recommend for those who want a light romance, with little drama and great casting.
This list is films with LGBTQI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transexual, queer and intersex) content that I watched or will watch
Not "gay with exceptions". Not "curious". Not doing it for the sake of a plot twist or a neat ending.…
