Decent hour long made for tv documentary on John Carpenter. Some good information, mostly it's fun to watch for Carpenter and a couple other select interviewees.

This is a decent enough documentary about JC. It's only an hour long so it cannot delve too deep into the subject matter. I was disappointed that every film didn't get the same attention as Halloween. I imagine if the others films did it would be about a 3 hour run-time. This kind of doc. is great for those mildly interested. It's not for hardcore film fans who know this basic material already. It's a nice reminder that JC is an amazingly talented filmmaker and composer, but it really doesn't have much meat on the bones.
