Amiable comedy with Robinson, yet again, playing on his image. He really must have made more gangster spoofs than gangster movies.
He and two cronies run a luggage store while they tunnel into the bank vault next door and prove to be better shop owners than criminals.
Its incredibly predictable but its well played and very well cast. Antony Quinn turns up as an all together more menacing gangster type at the end.
Its not exactly got any killer lines but Robinson is charismatic and his stooges do their shtick well enough to pass the time. Imdb have it at 7.5 which is more than a little insane but fans of 30s and 40s warners will find stuff to like
