Can't decide where to go on holiday, look no further this film will make you want to goto Italy. This is your holiday brochure to view as the landscape settings are superb.
The film and cast is just a waste of space and should have stayed home but at least they got a holiday out of it ;).

Caught the last half of this on TV tonight, which seemed enough to check it here.

So, this is the stuff Gael García Bernal does these days? Unsuccessfully making out with Amanda «Popeye» Seyfried?

The cast do their best with what they're given, but the plot is just far too predictable, especially the ending. Good job it's set in one of the most beautiful places in the World.

'Letters to Juliet' is so sappy, so syrup-y, so ridiculous, so cliched, and, generally, so stupid, but, oh my, did I watch it at the right time in the right place. All the qualities that made me turn it off after 10 minutes when I was trying to watch it for the first time, didn't bother me this time at all - I actually enjoyed it. I just really needed something like this - pretty, simple, sweet, romantic, beautiful, and nicely performed by the actors.

Sophie dreams of becoming a writer and travels to Verona, Italy where she meets the "Secretaries of Juliet".

For some reason I can watch Amanda Seyfried films even if they're not very good again and again, this one is decent enough as far as romantic movies go, Franco Nero and Vanessa Redgrave and prefectly cast

And just when you think about the real life story of Redgrave & Nero... now that's when you realize... and tear up :)
