Independent Drama Dark Comedy, Jessica Biel, Chris Evans, Jason Statham, Dane Cook and Louis C.K.
Chris Evans wakes up hits his bong, takes some pills and shoots some whiskey. He finds out his girl friend (Jessica Biel) is moving away and is having a party but he wasn't invited. He decides to head over there and has Jason Statham deliver some cocaine to him. A lot of the movie is Chris and Jason doing tons of blow and discussing everything from sex to god. There is flash back scenes as Chris talks about his love life and we see short scenes involving Dane Cook and Louis C.K.
I'm not a fan of Chris Evans or Jason Statham but I really liked both of their performances here. For the most part it's more Drama than Dark Comedy but there is a decent amount of humor in everyone's problems.

A film for the open-minded. Some people like it and some don't. Well, I liked it. Two guys (Chris Evans and Jason Statham), who don't know each other, end up on a party using huge amounts of coke (only Charlie Sheen can handle that much.) They tell their whole lifestory, way of looking into the world and the problems they have (Jason Statham impotent and Chris Evans wants to have Jessica Biel back, which is leading in the movie). They both have a breakthrough (due to the drugs) and get rid off their "old" sores. A movie full of the word "fuck", anecdotes and motto's. It made me smile throughout the whole movie. Just for Edwin Kalkman. A great movie.

WTF.

Lähes Tarantinomaisia dialogeja ja flashpäkein kerrottua tarinaa.

A decent romance film with very good philosophical content. London brings about discussion on some captivating topics, including death and religion. However, the film's strength is also its weakness - it lacks any momentum and feels as if it's permanently in a standstill and cannot move. Although the love story portion of it does not end in typical movie fashion. I recommend a rental only to those separate from the typical moviegoer and are open to many different types of films; but a skip to those that like to stay in their specific albeit successful movie-watching genres. Also, Jason Statham should never have hair. Ever.

Wired, pumped full of drugs romantic drama. Syd (Chris Evans) longs to get back with former lover London (Jessica Biel). Shes about to leave town and throwing a party, so Syd decides to man up and make a last ditched attempt to show his true affections, all he needs is the aid of a chemical crutch provided by a limey dealer named Bateman (Jason Statham).
London wasn't half as edgy as I was expecting it to be. It had its moments but for most part it proves what utter bollocks we all say when we're intoxicated. Interesting seeing Statham in a none action role for a change, though its not long before its typical 'Oi! you cants' dialog flowing from…

Theatrical male-bonding lost in lots of crappy dialogue and uninteresting characters, with some female eyecandy thrown into the mix.

Not the only good reason to see this film, but the outstanding performance of Jason Statham is a must!

A tale of heartbreak and male insecurities packed with cameos, interesting dialogue between Chris Evans and Jason Statham, unique shots, and a soundtrack by The Crystal Method.
