On Friday nights I enjoy a 1970's movie for they are slower paced than contemporary movies and after a week of hard work that suits me fine.
I enjoyed this movie and especially the performance of Gene Hackman. Hackman acting also started slowly but got better as the movie went along and he really hit his straps later in the film.
I felt it was a bit unfortunate that the DVD I have seen was missing some of the scenes which would have given more background and color to Hackman's character. Still an enjoyable watch.
