My 4th rewatch and arguably my best viewing yet. This film means a lot to me, first watching it when I started really getting into film definitely made me fall in love with film and filmmaking, and really made me rethink a lot on life. This film captures childhood and blissful melancholy in a way I have never seen a film do.

This movie reminded me running away to play with friends every day during summer vacation. That warm feeling where the biggest problem in life was raindrops falling, and ruining the fun.
I wish more was expanded on in this story, but it was beautiful nonetheless. Needed more symmetry. -

The unique way Wes Anderson completes this film is unlike any other. The amount of symmetry and color theory used is beyond rewarding. The love story is something only from a child's mind and one that I am always happy to go back and see again.
