Kinda the same movie as the last one with the not so convincing motivation of "I have to prove my ancestor was a cool guy".

Idk I still liked this movie quite a bit and am dying to know what was on Page 47.

Andrea's reign of terror continues, with 'National Treasure: Book of Secrets'. Don't you find it irritating, when a franchise no longer just numbers the films, no, they have to be full titles, just including the franchise title. It is probably, because it is the only worthwhile addition.

Although National Treasure: Book of Secrets doesn't light any new fires, it does entertain. With a backdrop of the Gates family trying to exonerate one of their ancestors, amid a Lincoln assassination plot,…

What I got to say about "National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets" is that it a fine movie to watch. "It's fun, entertaining, funny moments and really good action packed sequences that are really cool to watch." The performances by the whole cast is good. The directing by Jon Turtletaub is good. The screenplay by Cormac Wibberly and Marianne Wibberley is fine. The cinematography is good. The score by Trevor Rabin is once again great as it was in the first movie. Finally, the effects in this one is good as well.

I find this film to be at the exact same level of quality as the first one. Quite entertaining.

Everyone gets back together for this enjoyable treasure hunting movie that hits many of the same beats as tge first film. The cast is now joined by Helen Mirren and Ed Harris, the set-pieces are ridiculous and entertaining, and Nicolas Cage has a few more opportunities to go "full Cage".
