The inconsistent accents are hard to ignore for an hour and a half, but if you can get over them this isn't a terrible way to spend your time.
Kevin Spacey (much as I love him) has done worse than this.Bonus points for @Simone, you see Kevin's bum and catch a glimpse of his schlong, plus (spoiler alert?) there's a full frontal shot in one scene =P
Not the greatest crime comedy ever made, but certainly not the worst.

An interesting crime caper based loosely on a real life and very serious Irish gangster. A more dramatic version of the same story is The General with Brendon Gleeson in the lead role.
An odd mish mash of casting, American, English, Scots & Irish actors all getting together with only the real Irish getting the accent to sound consistent.
I'm assuming Spacey is in this to get it financed, I wonder whose bright idea it was to being Fiorentino on board. 90% of the time her voice sounds like its in a box which probably means she had to redo it, even then it's the worst accent of the bunch.

Actor Kevin Spacey is at the forefront of contemporary Hollywood acting talent, his abilities finally rewarded in the Academy Award triumph of American Beauty. Spacey has a slyly captivating presence that is often used to suggest a wry malevolence behind his mischievous grin. Thus, he has played a smarmy, manipulating killer in the underestimated Consenting Adults and used his vulnerability to devastating effect in The Usual Suspects. The combination of vulnerability and malevolence was perhaps the trait most suited to the characterization offered in the Irish crime movie Ordinary Decent Criminal, but unfortunately the film fails to fully exploit the actor’s range beyond his trademark roguish charm. In this case, that is ultimately not enough to redeem a film that…

Ordinary, forgettably decent film. Keep an eye out for an interesting early performance by Christoph Waltz.

Spacey is the Irish criminal is this true story effort.
