I can handle gross zombies.
I can handle excessively, over stylized visuals.
I can handle Tarantino bleeding empty from his ass.
But I just gotta ask....
How the fuck does she pull the trigger?

" I'm gonna eat your brains and gain your knowledge."

Cherry Darling(Rose McGowan) is so nice to fucking look at, I swear. AND C'MON WHO DOESN'T LOVE A CHICK WITH A MACHINE GUN AS A LEG!

This film is complete and utter bollocks.
It's why I love it. No sense or reason for it and I love it. People making a film that they want to see and enjoy. Not every film needs to be an Oscar contender. Make films for enjoyment, not just to provoke thought.
There's too much gory fun to single anything single moment out but I have to mention that the person next to me on the train suddenly stopped watching over my shoulder when Tarantino's melting testicles appeared.

Ridiculous, stylish, over the top fun. Perfectly captures that 70's midnight movie feel. Clearly the better half of the Grindhouse double feature.

I've been wanting to give these (I'm still yet to see Tarantino's 'Death Proof') homages to the infamous grindhouse genre for quite some time. I'm nowhere near a grindhouse buff but I do love the wackiness, the unashamed gore and the rough cut style that makes it look as if anyone has the potential to make it, despite in actuality it being damn difficult.
Rodriguez summons a fantastic cast, perhaps his best ensemble since 'Sin City', and every one of them gives it their all. The straight-faced ones, Rose McGowan's arguable stripper 'Cherry', despite having a machine gun for a leg for some of the duration, and Freddy Rodriguez as the badass 'El Wray' are both awesomely cool in a…

A bunch of survivors get together to ward off evil zombie-like humans after a biological military experiment goes wrong, affecting thousands.
Not too much a fan of this one. I can see what Rodriguez was going for, but it didn't work with me. It was just too over the top and too ridiculous. The things that I liked in From Dusk 'til Dawn, I didn't so much like in this.

Apología de la serie Z, exceso de sangre y pus durante los 95 minutos del metraje, diálogos tontos (pero cómicos), entretenida, definitivamente una película que todo fanático del cine de terror debe ver.

how can you possibly not like this movie?!

fine

Before this I can't say I've seen any grindhouse or even exploitation flicks (other than the ones that are now tame and mainstream i.e. Dirty Harry) and I now know I'm not interested. A bit of goofy fun, but for the most part it is boring and uninteresting.
