Undoubtedly a life story captivating and inspiring .. stirring argument .. Note 10 absolutely

Amazing, but if you're looking for something light and fluffy then keep well clear.
Acting powerhouse once again from Cotillard.

Hard-hitting and hauntingly beautiful, Rust And Bone is a film that kicks you into the dirt before lifting you up to the light in the most awe-inspiring way possible. You probably won’t look at Free Willy the same way ever again though.

Whales in theme parks reminds me of spectators in the Coliseum cheering at the spectacle of the performance demanding to be entertained and wowed. The trailer for Rust and Bone is possibly my favorite trailer of all time. I get chills and tear up with every viewing. So needless to say, I did something dangerous that no cinephile should ever do, I had high expectations. However, I got away with it.

Few films are as emotionally dense, achingly beautiful and ferociously powerful as Audiard's masterpiece Rust and Bone, and few stay as engrossing and impressive upon multiple viewings.
Undoubtedly the finest film of 2012, and a work which was truly robbed by the majority of major award ceremonies, this is a journey that will never be forgotten when taken, and cherished long after the credits role.
This is rapturous, euphoric and spellbinding cinema.

Proves to be even better on second viewing. A pure unadulterated delight of a film and one that still makes me wild to think that Cotillard was not Oscar-nominated for a perfect performance
-
The most beautiful movie of 2012. One of my favorite films of all times
-
Beauty and grace and repairing broken worlds is what this film is all about and with the acting genius of Marion Cotillard it couldnt' have been told better. This is without a doubt my favourite movie of 2012.

When this movie ended, the friend I had gone to the cinema with simultaneously turned to look at me as I did the same, we stared at each other in shock for a good ten seconds before I came out with something like 'we went on a journey'... Sounds corny now I've written that, but if you had seen the sheer volume of hands clasped to mouths in the cinema at various points during this film, you wouldn't think so.…
