This tv movie is kinda like The Expendables if it had been shot in the late 90s and had its balls removed. Still, there's something appealing about Hulk Hogan, Carl Weathers, and Shannon Tweed shooting baddies with machine guns. This one is a sequel, so I'll have to track down the first one. I guess.

The film is unequivocally rubbish but it’s the good kind of rubbish that makes these cheap action films a guilty pleasure. Pleasingly, for a TV movie, they manage to deliver on the action. Sure, it is sanitised (cutting away from when things get too extreme) but there are plenty of action sequences to keep you entertained in-between some of the less successful character moments. The acting, unsurprisingly, is atrocious but there is something charming…
