Synopsis
Who's ready for Thirds?
Shrek and Co, return for more adventures. The King of Far Far Away has died and Shrek and Fiona are to become King & Queen. Shrek however wants to return to his cosy swamp and live in peace and quiet. So when he finds out their is another heir to the throne, they set of to bring him back to rule the kingdom. Meanwhile, Prince Charming enlists the fairy tale baddies to steal the throne away.

Like a lot of great series after the first two movies are pretty good to great but then with the third the wheels seem to fall off. It has happened a bunch of times Spider-Man, Superman, Batman Forever, Jurassic Park and others are all proof of this but after the massive success of Shrek 2 there was no way that Dreamworks wouldn't churn out a third one. This time around though a ton was left to be desired.
Shrek had lost all of his edge from the first movie. He was now just a happy go lucky Ogre who despite an angry moment or two is a completely different character then the one that I loved from the first movie.…
