Spork
2011 Directed by J.B. Ghuman Jr.
Synopsis
A colorful and foul-mouthed feature musical comedy.A film about a frizzy-haired, pink-cheeked outcast named Spork who is trying to navigate her way through the annals of junior high. When a school dance show provides a chance for Spork to show up a mean girls gang, her trailer-park neighbor steps up to coach her with some "booty-poppin" moves. Featuring a vintage 90's soundtrack (that includes 2-Live Crew, JJ Fad's "SuperSonic," Dimples T's "Get It Girl"), a score by Casey James and the Stay Puft Kid; and extended school hall dance sequences, Spork is a film about standing out and fitting in.

Upon instruction not bother with this film, i then proceeded to bother. Glad I did. I think it's along the same quirky not-quite-funny-but-still-funny vein of Napoleon Dynamite, but involved in a car-crash with Glee.

A bit ott and some scenes are quite pathetic... but the music was good and it was quite colourful I think its mainly for 12-15 year old though

I thought this movie was cute and funny. Low budget and has a similar feel to Napoleon Dynamite. I really liked the characters and some of the shots. Overall it was entertaining.

I was grinning all the way through this film. Loved it. I have this niggling feeling of doubt that if I sat and analysed it I'd come to the conclusion it was drivel, but you know what, I flipping' loved it.
About as odd as oddball comes, with some bits so odd they kind of seemed to be added just for fun - still worked for me, though.
