I was watching this with my son. It was going well, but then Dwayne Johnson showed up out of nowhere, and Steve Austin shoved a candy cane up his ass and gave him a stunner. My son had a seizure and was pronounced dead at the scene. My wife divorced me a few days later. Thanks a lot, Tactical Force.
Whenever I watch a Stone Cold movie on Netflix I always forget what it's called like five minutes in.
This movie is frustrating. With a cool cast including Steve Austin, Michael Jai White, Lexa Doig, Keith Jardine, Adrian Holmes and Darren Shahlavi this could have been fun. But it's too boring and has the cheapest looking quality.
It's got a simple 'wrong place, wrong time' set up with 2 groups of bad guys vs a S.W.A.T. team. There's plenty of opportunity for action but it's all wasted on a movie with too much dialogue (all of which is pointless, especially the sexism and homophobia) and not enough action.
The long opening credits has a generic 'machine gun' noise that plays over EVERY SINGLE LISTED CREDIT. All while a rap song plays so you have overlapping sound during the opening…
Missing any ounce of humanity as it engages specifically in the heroism and "cool" badassery of renegade law enforcers, and I don't have to tell you how offputting that sort of thing is
PRIME VIDEO 🖥
A by the numbers Action film with a ridiculous opening of how a S.W.A.T. team wouldn't act in a hostage situation that Keady to bring stuck in a warehouse with a bunch of criminals, a few fights, shootouts, explosions and more fights, obviously not in California and pretty bland even tho it has a solid cast.
I’m a fan of Steve Austin, but if you took him out of this already incredibly weak movie this just wouldn’t be worth your time.
Worth having on in the background if you’ve more important things to take care of at the same time.
This is soooo bad. In his wrestling prime, Tactical Force star Stone Cold Steve Austin destroyed many opponents with the Stone Cold Stunner. I'd rather take the Stunner onto dirty needles than watch this again. I made a big mistake.
I don't know the polite terminology to describe these type of movies - they are a what they are. It's hard to be too negative about them but it's equally difficult to particularly enjoy them.
Kinda feel Steve Austin peaked with The Expendables.
