An evil scientist implants the brain of Michael, a murdered high school student, in an animatronic Tyrannosaurus. He escapes, wreaks vengeance on his high school tormentors and is reunited with his sweetheart Tammy. Together, the couple try to elude the mad scientist and the police and find a more appropriate vessel for Michael's brain.

    Denise Richards plays Tammy, a '90s teenager crushing hard on the sweet-hearted high school football jock Michael but her ex-boyfriend Billy isn't taking to this new blossoming relationship very well. So after a confrontation, Billy roughs Michael up and leaves him in the middle of an open aired animal sanctuary where a lion attacks Michael and leaves him hospitalized. Meanwhile, a crazed scientist is trying to bring to life a giant mechanical T-Rex and after hearing of the high schooler's accident he steals Michael's body for his nefarious plan. After some successful brain surgery Michael's brain is now hooked up to the dinosaur and after escaping into the night he goes on a rampage exacting revenge on those who'd done…

    An all-time great bad movie. How can you lose when you have a premise like this - boy meets girl, boy gets killed by thugs/lions/mad scientist doctors, boy gets his brain put into robot T-Rex, boy-T-Rex rekindles relationship with girl, boy-T-Rex devours bad guys.

    It gets extra great ehen you discover that the movie stars Denise Richards as the titular Tammy and Paul "Fast and Furious" Walker as the titular T-Rex. So funny, so fun.
