    Jennifer Esposito...YAY!

    Jimmy Fallon...WHO?

    Latifah is a taxi driver and Fallon an inept cop who team up to try and catch some Brazilian bank robbers played by Bundchen and co while trying to stay on the right side of his boss, played by Jennifer Esposito...with un-hilarious results!!

    While it makes a nice change to have so many of the main roles played by women, unfortunately the awful Jimmy Fallon renders it almost unwatchable, its like all the worst bits of Eddie Murphy, Jim Carrey and Will Ferrell have been sliced off and pounded…

    Yeah, this was lame. It's like stunt drivers filmed half the movie the actors were obviously recording their car scenes with a green screen. Jimmy Fallon sucks as a cop as well.

    Amerikanerne har i uoversiktlig lang tid bakover hatt en særegen evne til å prøve å overgå alle andre for i statene skal alt være "bigger, better and more sexier" og når Luc Besson i løpet av en seksårsperiode høstet stor suksess med sitt Taxi-franchise måtte jo selvfølgelig Hollywood lage sin egen versjon og med ett større budsjett og en typisk amerikansk selvtillit trenger man kanskje ikke å nevne at dette er en real heisatur.

    Første regel for en remake er å være tro mot originalens historie mens man tilbyr nok nytt til at publikummet faktisk gidder å se filmen og allerede her er det noe som skorter hos manusforfatter Robert Ben Garant for hvordan i huleste heite får man det…
