'Turtles in Time' is simply a cash cow from New Line Cinema, they just put together a film to cash on the popularity of the characters and it shows.
Even do The Turtles keep there personalities, the story doesn't feel like a movie, it feels more like an episode of a TV show stretch to an hour and half.
If you enjoy the first two installments, because of the continuation of the characters you will enjoy the third one, but is far from the fun of the other two.

I know this is a particularly disliked Turtle movie. The one thing I wanted to mention is that it actually had quite beautiful cinematography. Granted, I haven't seen it since it came out (had the nephew to entertain one day), but I remember at the time thinking you could fire everyone else associated with the production, but should keep the DP. A full extra star just for that person.

...Even as a kid I knew this was garbage.
And I liked Batman and Robin when I was a kid.

One star for the sentimental nostalgic childhood memory value. One star for the fact that they actually made another film based on the awesome Turtles comics.
The rest... oh no.
No. Just... No!

Worst. "Turtles in Time" Adaptation. Ever. They didn't even get the number right. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/4/4e/Turtles_in_Time_%28SNES_cover%29.jpg

It was nice that Casey Jones returns, but he wasn't given anything to do. Donatello sounds good again, but now Raphael sounds weird. The plot is a bit lame and I think not bringing back Shredder was a mistake.
And I've read they had a new effects studio for this one and that is why the turtles have massive teeth and moles now....why Splinter is crazy skinny.

I don't know why this site adds "Turtles in Time" to the title of this movie. It was never called that, in fact that's the name of the far superior videogame. Anyway, everybody knows this movie is garbage. The setting, story, villains, humor, animatronics, action scenes, it's all poorly done. The first movie was actually decent, and the second was fun for kids. I don't know what they were thinking with this one.

Turtles in Time is at least a fun tale featuring everyone's favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, even if its absurdity stretches the very possibilities of flexibility.

Unfortunate.
