I'd rather give birth to an elephant than watch this putrid abomination again. It honestly has to be the worst attempt at film-making in human history. The worst attempt in the animal kingdom would surely trump it. English alone cannot encapsulate its failure. I'd have to invent new words to accurately describe just how poor and atrocious it is. Genocide has more positive attributes.

I never cared much for the old Arnold Schwarzenegger flicks. The man is uncontrollably stupid and slow, and I won't even comment on the whole Governator thing.
Salvation however, now that's something completely different. It reminds me somehow of The Matrix before the series went all Michael Bay, and managed to screw everything up.
Great, great, great acting, and story. The time travel part always confused the living out of me, and I have to admit I still don't get it. Did he meet his grandfather once, as well as his teenage father?... anyway...
It will be a favourite of mine for a very long time.

This was much better than I remember it being. Christian Bale kind of sucks in it though, his being all intense and stuff doesn't really work here. The guy from Avatar is rather good though, as is Anton Yelchin. The Arnie scene is terrible, and the end of the movie is on the lame side. Still, much better than I remember, and miles above anything McG has done and most likely will ever do. Also, why do people not call this movie Terminator Sally, that it is pretty funny, no?

Honestly, I can't believe over this time that I still remembered this film. Why?!!! Its freaking awful! Sam Worthington and Christian Bale (Jake Sulley (Avatar) and Batman (Dark Knight Trilogy) are both very bad in this movie. The script is very messy and the plot is very confusing and hard to follow. Plus, it bored me to sleep. I will give credit that the action scenes were shot okay and good and the visuals aren't really that great. Its very stupid and very bad. One of the worst films of 2009!

Sad that it didn't trigger a full reboot, but it needed some more thought

Roteiro fraco, mas as cenas de ação salvam o filme. McG pode até não ser um grande diretor, mas dessa vez a culpa não foi dele.

Esta segunda vez me ha gustado mas, es la que mas se aleja de la filosofía Terminator de toda la saga, podía haber dado mucho mas de si, pero esto es lo que hay.

Somewhere out there, someone likes this movie...other than those paid to make it. I'm not sure where they are...but I imagine probably not on Letterboxd.

I actually don't remember this movie. I couldn't tell you one thing that happened.
