If I tell you in a straightforward manner what I think about this movie, you would know too much. So I've decided to optimize my review and turn it into seemingly incoherent thoughts:
1. If Inspector Clouseau and Jack Torrance had a baby, it would baffle scientists.
2. This movie should have been titled “The People Who Knew Too Little.”
3. Please don't try to understand this review, it destroys the reality I'm trying to create.

Though the concept appears far fetched, Murray's performance of naivety is both hilarious and believable. Great afternoon fun.

"Lovely spoof/satire of a spy film, which is very funny - there's absolutely nothing original about the film, but it gets 8/10 for making me laugh."

Pleasantly surprised by this unassuming, well-written comedy. The running joke wears a little thin, but the plot is zippy and kinetic enough to compensate.

Hilarious. I love Bill Murray.

I think I might like this more if I saw it again today. This is another film that I feel like was on HBO all the time. Murray is funny, but the movie doesn't find enough for him to do without repeating itself over and over.

Near perfect. Underrated. Hilarious. Bill Murray.

Bill Murray is delightful but what about Bob?
If you were wondering why Bill Murray can pick whatever role he'd like, watch this and 'Groundhog Day' and then you'll know.
I unintentionally loved this film.

A supremely silly film, but one of Bill Murray's best straight-forward comedies. I've always viewed this film as the antithesis of David Fincher's THE GAME and have been meaning to watch them back-to-back. But, this was on cable today and, hell, if it's on, I'm gonna fucking watch it.
