After watching Thor for the third time, I think it's safe to say I really like this movie. Tom Hiddleston as Loki is fantastic and should have been considered for an Oscar (especially if Jack Palance could win Best Supporting Actor for City Slickers). Natalie Portman is really the only weak link in the cast; clearly hired for her star status and not her ability to act.

Just saw 'Thor'. Actually really good. Fight scenes were sometimes a bit spazzy, and flying men will always look ridiculous, but still good.

Surprisingly humorous and well-rounded film - a must for Marvel fans. If you didn't like long-blonde hair, you will after watching this movie!

This is why I love going to the movies! I had been waiting a long time to see this and it did not disappoint! It is the type of movie that is right up my ally, a surprising amount of comedy, great action, great effects, real drama from strong characters. I did not leave the theater wanting anything more. It may not end up being my favorite movie of 2011 but it will contend for the top spot. Pure movie fun!
