Very similar to Liar Liar but not as good. I guess with a risk of sounding cheesy I'll give this film a No Man!

The world's a playground. You know that when you are a kid, but somewhere along the way everyone forgets it.
Maybe it's something to do with my love for Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel, but I fail to see why a lot of people don't like this film.
Admittedly, there's something about the Carrey/Deschanel pairing that feels weird, maybe even wrong, but that doesn't distract from the fact that this is one of the funniest films I've ever seen.
I've been through the 'Yes Man' period myself after watching this, as I'm sure everyone has, but I've gotta admit it was much funner when my dad did it and I managed to have a piece of shortbread AND a coffee in Nero that day.
Bradley Cooper gives this film a bit of extra sparkle that perhaps it may have struggled without. Overall though, a very solid film, and one of my personal favourites.

A poor man's Liar Liar but still a nice return to form.

This movie gives you a positive image of living a better life. We have to start saying "Yes" and stop saying "No" to thing. Great film.

Unfortunetly, this is not as good as I remember though I still enjoyed it.
It does try to take on too many silly ideas though it kinda works.
I did think that Zooey Deschanel's songs were a bit too close to Flight of the Concords though.

A pretty decent feel-good film.
We really should learn to say "yes" a lot more. -
Muy parecida a "Mentiroso, Mentiroso". La película no ofrece gran vaina pero es divertida y optimista, y es con Zoey Deschannel, eso suma puntos.

Because of this film, I use the phrases "Darn it to heck," "Broseph," and "I'm gonorrhea" all the time, and most of all, I became a fan of Third Eye Blind.
Seriously, if you weren't singing along when Jim Carrey sang "Jumper," then there must be something wrong with you. If you didn't enjoy the film, that's okay. It's just a universal fact that if you don't like at least one Third Eye Blind song you don't have a soul. Or a heart. Or a good taste in music. Or a good taste in life.
Also, I need to mention that I took Terrence Bundley's advice after I saw this movie and began saying yes to everything. That is, until I watched The Silence of the Lambs for the first time the next day.

Do Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel play against type? No Man!
