Honorable Ambassador / Kvod Hashagrir
As a documentary this movie is awful!
As a bizarre character study of an impassioned Israeli Ambassador going door to door, or in this case, village to village, peddling his irrigation system this movie is one of the best comedies I've seen all year.
Star rating based on my belief that this is more of a fictional film than it's non-fiction intentions.
