A difficult film to review, as it has so much going for it but ends up delivering so little. Toby Jones is excellent, there are some wonderful visuals and interesting uses of sound. However, there's just something about this film that didn't hang right with me. Had they not felt the need to give it a plot, that would have been fine with me, but as they do, what's left is a bit of a confused mess. Sadly, this was my biggest disappointment of FrightFest 2012.
