Ultimately a disappointment after watching the amazing Metropolitan and the very enjoyable The Last Days of Disco. I don't think the film worked anywhere near as well as his others and had a strange genre shift 3/4 of the way through that irked me. Ultimately, the film didn;t really say or do anything that special. Yes, it was well-made and acted but overall it felt quite lackluster.
