Hmmmm I will admit, a slight let down from what I was expecting. It's good, it has a few AWESOME moments (saving the kid from the burning car; final swinging scenes) and has great characters/relationships, but other than that it doesn't really stand out. It just feels like a very basic, bland, toned down, family-friendly Spidey story, with a few cool moments, some awkward story beats, and weird changes, but overall just basic. I wanted to like it more, but couldn't, though maybe it will grow on me. Lizard was also unimpressive, go figure. I'm excited for the sequel - at least!
