Flo Lieb’s review published on Letterboxd:
Not so much a Suicide Squad movie than a Deadshot & "Friends" film. Harley Quinn is amusingly bonkers and Killer Frost kinda cool (or chill, if you prefer) but the character intros sorta feel weird considering the rather "dark" tone of this one.
Both plots don't really add up, too. Riddler's assassination feels unnecessary – the fella is at Arkham, what damage can he do there? And what's the big deal with Joker's bomb if it wasn't even turned on yet? Anyway, a jealous Mr. J is a delight as are the various cameos later on, even if the film could've delved more into them (sticking closer to the first Arkham game).
A fun watch nonetheless.
