Drive Angry 2011
Okay so before you watch this - which you should -, expect the following:
A bright-blonde Nic Cage escaping Hell in a muscle car, repeatedly being referred to as 'a badass motherfucker' by William Fichtner from the off.If that wasn't enough, let me get you some more:
Your brain might randomly stop working throughout the film. Seriously, there is no need for it whatsoever.
If said brain IS somehow still running, you might shake your head in disbelief at… -
The Room 2003
Well this was... is... phh... I don't even- IT'S TEARING ME APART.
One of the most hilarious things I've ever seen in my entire life. This piece of unequaled cinematic dedication defies any description one could possibly try to fit it in.
It simply needs to be experienced for only getting a glimpse of understanding at the mind-blowing visions of shit this artwork masterfully assembles into something greater than the sum of its douces. Pieces. Whatever. -
Django Unchained 2012
Somehow this was even more perfect than what I had anticipated.
All jokes aside, though: I haven't felt that well-entertained in quite some time.
-
Battleship 2012
Still dumb as fuck. Still just as entertaining if you switch off your brain.
There's nothing really that has changed since my first viewing and thoughts on this, so I guess that's a pro. -
The Cabin in the Woods 2012
I have a feeling this gets better every time you watch it.
-
Prometheus 2012
Well, after 4 months, what can I say? Still loving it. Still can't see why people would call it a mishap or even a disaster.
It still is every bit as amazing, intriguing and genuinely superbly shot as I thought it was the first time I watched it.
Can't wait to see that titan of a making-of. -
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey 2012
Yes, it is one hell of a long thing. That's what she said.
But: there can never be enough of pure awesomeness. That's what I, the fanboy, said. -
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King 2003
So, yeah. Damn you, onion cutting ninjas.
-
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers 2002
Nothing much to add, really.
-
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring 2001
Yet again I can't help but mentioning: HOLY SHIT.
