Requiem for a Dream 2000
"Requiem for a Dream" is a relentlessly intense film. The correlation between the constantly moving and perfectly performed cinematography, almost making me dizzy at times, and the subtle music perpetually adding on the climax is mesmerising.
The way the story always kept on being intense, plus the build up to one of the greatest endings of all time, because of the excellent narrative structure. How everything fit so perfectly together with the perfect cinematographic design, subtle music, and sublime perfomances.…
