A film that times feels too sentimental for its good. With that being said I'm not overly a baseball fan and overly enjoyed this movie. I feel that if the film came out around November it would have Oscar talk all around it and this film would deserve it. An outstanding performance from Chadwick Boseman as Jackie Robinson. Can't wait to see what else this actor has in store.
