Easily the best in the trilogy. Sam Raimi's sequel (remake) to Evil Dead is a whimsical affair. High in slapstick and perfect for the popcorn crowd. Although there are a few moments of visual flare the film is at its best when it lets loose. Frenetic, ridiculous and entertaining. If it wasn't for the gore this would be perfect for all ages, but alas it is bloody. It will entertain anyone wanting to switch off and indulge their inner silliness.
