Grant Berridge’s review:
A dumb but good looking comedy/horror where the horror is not horrific, and the comedy isn't funny.
We watched it as a group, and every single one of us hollered with either disgust or joy at least once, so it was clearly fun for the lads. The Letterboxd ladies (with one notable exception) all gave up within 20 minutes.
It's not educational or thought-provoking. It's dumb. It's not a good film, but it's not bad enough to hate. It was definitely one to watch with friends, and fairly well made for the genre. Definitely not deserving of "worst film I've ever seen" or even the "so bad it's good" badge.
I'm going to forget about it now.
