Just the fact that they are working in the same medium, yet I find the Aardman features lacking in characters that you can have any emotional connection with, therefore I find the Aardman films ultimately boring. I recently watched Pirates and The Wrong Trousers and lost interest in both after the initial excitement of what they can do with claymation.
How so? Other than the medium, they didn't seem to have much in common.
