Just came out of the raid. I've been looking forward to this for a long time and it lived up to my excitement. The raid is the mad note. Think die hard meets ong bak and you're half way there. The action set pieces are bone crunchinly brutal and ramp up in intensity thought the films tight running length. There is just enough plot between the set pieces to string them together and make the film engaging. What the film…
Apparently based on a true story. This film is less about plot and more about a series of interesting deaths. It feels like the film makers had a bunch of good ideas for funny and brutal deaths and worked the story around them. I could see this being popular on the festival circuit and in small groups of friends but doesn't warrant reviewing and isn't going to be the new cult classic. Still enjoyable and worth a watch.
