Fatso 2008

John Carpenter’s review:
There was a time when sex comedies ruled because it was one of the few options a guy had for seeing some nudity. In the internet age, these times are a distant memory meaning these types of comedies actually have to entertain to stand out. ‘Fatso’ is a fun film with some twists that many won’t anticipate. Nils Jørgen Kaalstad was an outstanding lead and I enjoyed the bit of depth characters were given. The artistic and fun fantasies also helped push the film along well, helping ‘Fatso’ stand out in its own way. I can see why some may be underwhelmed by the film, but I feel Writer/Director Arlid Fröhlich delivered a fun film that deserves a watch. Read the full review here...www.theaterthoughts.com/?p=835
