I always loved Jason Lives, it seemed like the only one with a real sense of humour about what kind of movie it was... until Jason X anyway. Plus the pseudo-james-bond opening credits sequence always makes me laugh, haha.
I took to "Jason Lives" more as an adult than I did when it was released. Strange that I would have to mature to appreciate it. I think the humor is what originally had me hating on the movie. As a youngster, I wanted some hard hitting horror. I am much more cool with it now.
I had only seen the first one as a kid, I picked up on the rest of them around college time...I consider Jason Lives to be a very welcome dose of intentional goofiness in the middle of the series.
Has anyone ever made a map of the Crystal Lake and the surrounding area, showing where each of the movies takes place? That's something I'd love to see, but I'm not quite geeky enough to do it myself.
A map would be cool. I have seen 'kill lists' and whatnot, but a map would be a cool desktop image for the ultimate F13th fan. If I happen to come across something, I will post a link.
