Amazing start, absolutely love the flashbacks, and the "making of" process. The cast down to the last extra is outstanding and perfect for their character.
Everything looked so promising, until the whole film went Michael Bay on this shit. Goddammit!

I think I know how we can save whatever's left of the plot...

    MORE EXPLOSIONS!

  • Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire 2005

    ★★★★ Watched 15 Jun, 2013 7

A part of my Harry Potter challenge.

    Dark, deadly, dangerous.

This sequel is what I've been waiting for. It's what I hoped for when people told me that it would get darker as I kept watching, but it's what I never really allowed myself to fully believe in.

I loved the whole "3 schools coming together to compete" concept, even if the games are a bit suicidal.
How is it even possible to make such a desirable and beautiful world…

    ★★★★★ Rewatched 18 Jul, 2012 27

My new mission here in life, is to make people aware of this amazingly good film. Triangle is way too underrated, and should be applauded for so many different reasons. The acting is, in my opinion, flawless. Everyone involved helps with making the set very believable. The film deals with stories we all have seen before, but still makes it very unique and so interesting to follow. I found myself guessing and guessing, right up until the end of it. It's a bit of a mind twister. Even the title Triangle has more than one meaning.

Rated R for violence and language.

A big thanks to Steve G for recommending this film.

    Because...

IT FREAKED ME THE FUCK OUT!
Holy hell, I still have goosebumps all over! It's so clever, and just brilliantly terrifying. The only thing keeping it from receiving a full blow five star review, is that the story takes a turn halfway through that made me sigh deeply and force a very one-sided, short, unhappy one way conversation with my television: "what? Really?.... Oh, what the hell... Why do…
