The score was easily identifiable as being ripped off from Goblin, more specifically a mixture of both Deep Red and Suspiria (yes, this came out in '77 but Suspiria was released in February '77 and Watch Me When I Kill came out in August of the same year).

A fairly average giallo film with a somewhat muddled plot.
