Look beyond the hype and you'll see that this is probably the blackest comedy of all time. Tom Six went for the meta style of storytelling way too early but this is essentially a big middle finger to those who moaned abut the first film not delivering on what it promised. It isn't what one would call a 'good' film in the normal sense of the word but the fact that it exists is proof enough that there are still some filmmakers with balls.
