Oh, mercy. Beautiful cinematography, but a plot (and dialogue) that drags on ad infinitum. Too many historical cameos (Mary Todd is engaged to Stephen Douglass? Harriet Tubman just like, hangs out with them?) and it was as if, halfway through the film, they realized that they still had to make Lincoln president. I believe it was at that moment that I leaned over and whispered "we're not even at the CIVIL WAR!")

Josh said he "wasn't drunk enough to watch this," which I think is also accurate.
