meh is about all i can say about this, from the trailers it looked like a decent fun action film but i just could not get into it, maybe i was in bad mood that day which affected my enjoyment? im not sure but the action was semi-decent but not as good as i thought it was be having seen night watch/day watch and wanted, i know the premise of the film in the first place is absolutely daft and mental but there were some parts of the film were i was asking myself "what the fuck!?" in particular the last big action set piece which wasnt very exciting and or intense/satisfying, it was just fucking stupid coupled with the fact that they included quite an important scene that made no fucking sense after making a point of doing a flash back scene to explain part of the plot. i would go in to more to try and explain but i dont see the point. apart from that the visuals were nice and some of the cgi was good, oh and what a waste of alan tudyk and mary elizabeth windstead, the acting overall wasnt terrible, they just didnt have much to work with, although thought the guy who played abe was decent and very much reminded me of a young liam neeson.
