Ian Loring’s review:
Pure cinematic joy really.
Made by people who obviously love the source material with a passion, this manages to be both colourful fun for the kids while still retaining enough for adults with some 4th wall breaking and a genuinely surreal few song-and-dance moments.
I will mark the film down slightly as Walter the lead muppet of the film just isn't as interesting as the others, though his arc is solid, and Jason Segal at times looks a little...... retarded with his mugging for the camera, something that took me a little too long to come to terms with.
Still, I'd watch it again in a heartbeat.
