The Top 100 1970's Films
My personal top 100 list of films from the 1970's.
Looking at this, I have huge gaps in my film watching from this decade so yes, if you think I'm missing something, I probably haven't seen it.

Young Frankenstein!
The greatest ever decade for films. How about The Conversation?
Not seen either. The Conversation is on Netflix UK though, very much planning on seeing in the next couple of weeks.
Good list Ian. Got a few i've not seen added to the rental list.
Edited to include The Conversation, which I saw last night.
Also, I have to agree with Tom, the 70's really is the best decade for film ever.
Probably going to post my 80's list later this week.
Good list. I agree 100% with the number 1 pick.
Cool list! I'd have rated BADLANDS a bit higher but...
Good list of films. I love The Conversation. Glad to see it on your list. Surprised that Aristocats is on there.
Cheers for the kind comments guys. Brian: I've only seen Badlands the once, assuming that much rumoured Criterion blu comes out one day it'll be getting a re-watch and could go higher.
Stefan: The fact The Aristocats is on there shows that I really need to see more films from the 70's lol.
Charley Varrick or Pelham 123?
2 of my faves from the 70's.
Oh and Rolling Thunder.
Blazing Saddles?!?!
Haven't seen the others but fuck... Taking of Pelham isnt on there? Correcting now!
Charley Varrick is great. Don siegel directed it.
Oo nice
