You know that hollow doomed feeling you get in your gut when you feel like slitting your wrists/hanging yourself/jumping in front of a milk tanker and jumping off the sky tower all at once? Do you like that feeling? If you don't, don't watch this movie. I saw this film late last year and still feel affected by the final scene, it's quite beautiful.
