Adrian Brody has about as much charisma as a toothpick...
The German original prob cost 1/100 of the US remake and is 100 times better for it. It has a better plot, a better cast and is way more frightening.

You Mr. Nolan are the king of the bat shit.
Bane's asthma sometimes got the better of him and his dialogue but my hard-on for Hardy still remains intact.
Begins is still my favourite...only because it was so unique and refreshing like a nice bat shit shandy.
A toast to you Sir Nolan.

Simple, well-crafted little French flick dealing with a not-so-simple issue. An extremely believable family dynamic where the kid's performances in particular were quite astonishing...Looking forward to seeing the director's other film 'Water Lilies'.
Incredible subtlety for such a young director.

This film made me like Kristen Stewart. That girl can act bra!
The milk bath, liquid silk mirror and queen crow sludge were stylistically siiiiiiiiick maaaaaate.
I wish Darren Aronofsky got hold of it, threw away the stale narrative, maintained the character theatricality and upped the visual spectacular with a few subtle fairytale allusions for da sentimental ladies...they love dat shit.
NB: Is Chris Hemsworth the hottest man in Hollywood right now. OMG! Right!

The Dictator 2012
Oh poor Sacha...It's like a left-over Borat gag-reel with all the edgy, spontaneous bits left out. I really tried to enjoy The Dictator, but my laughs were just as forced and empty as the material.
