great - greater - watching Evil Dead in a theater full of cinematic idiots who literally spill their drinks und pee their pants!

this remake was more than I could asked for and I loved every second of it. leaving the theater, my friend and I, we were captured in euphoric speechlessness... and decided to watch this minimum once a week!

still, after a week of thinking about this film, I didn't get a single clue of where to put my interpretation of this kafkaesque mindfuck...

all I know is that suppressed homosexuality in combination with drugs, bugs and living typewriters combined in a writers mind makes a pretty weird story.

guess, I failed Cronenberg.

this film felt like a cup of tea in winter - sweet and charming.

this was a total surprise...
every single detail in this film gets under my skin from beginning to end!

the dialogues are hilarious and the cast is just perfect. i find myself constantly switching between a state of laughing out loud, disgust, fear, shock, disbelief and excitement.
i have to watch this again as soon as possible - highly recommended!
