Christina’s review:
The fact that I was not allowed to see this movie when I was young only added to the mystique. I knew it was going to be awesome and it did not disappoint. The music is perfect and sets the right creepy tone putting me on the edge of my seat. Roy Scheider was perfect as the police chief uncomfortable with the water and forced to deal with the crisis, weighing the needs of the townspeople with the safety of the tourists. Robert Shaw was awesome as Quint and it is the only movie I really enjoy Richard Dreyfuss.
I have seen the movie in many places...a drive-in, college cafeteria, summer movie/music at the park...and it never gets old.
Voted lol
