My favorites of 2011 listed in order. I considered a top 10, but couldn't bring myself to cut it down.
* Project Nim, We Need to Talk About Kevin, Contagion, Being Elmo, Young Adult, and The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo all could have potentially made this list, but I haven't seen them yet! So, this is subject to change.

Interesting to see 3 documentaries in there. I missed Beginners, I guess I'll have to check it out now.
Yea, 3 documentaries is brazen, but I respect it. I'm not usually one to seek out doc's unless its one of those "you have to see" ones. I can't agree with HP, I'm not a fan at all but I like your list! Tree of Life should be higher!!!!
I'll admit - I battled over including it or not! I think I need to watch it again.
This looks like a solid list! (From what I've seen) Nice to see Bill Cunningham and Another Earth on someone elses list. Don't agree at all with Bridesmaids and Crazy Stupid Love but I can let it slide. I'm sure Melancholia and Take Shelter will make my list once I see them.
